there aren’t many things sweeter than summertime in tennessee… that is if you ignore those pesky insects and hot muggy days. but every now and then we’re graced with a cool breeze and it’s the perfect excuse for a family picnic.
while visiting knoxville, my sweet friend wanted to catch up during an afternoon family session with her two little ones. we shared stories and strawberries beneath the trees and len helped assist me as i photographed her beautiful mama and baby brother. here are some of my favorite images i’ve ever captured of caitlin, lennon, and cash.
