it’s hard to comprehend that i’ve known jennifer for over twenty years — since we were in elementary school. we’ve had slumber parties and movie marathons and even rode out a tornado in her step dad’s truck together. the last time i saw them, it was for a late summer session, when sweet summer was barely a year old. now her sister, addie , has joined the family. we spent a bit of time soaking in the last few minutes of daylight on a beautiful fall afternoon in south nashville and i’m already looking forward to our next seasonal session together. introducing — the pembroke family.
